Statement of significance:

This residence is significant as a good example of the Federation style house with traditional features of roof design, plan form and details such as timber decoration under the gable still intact. It is in a prominent location on the main road into Yamba.

Description

Physical description: Set right on the main road this Federation style house has all the traditional local federation features of roof design and plan form. Barge roll and timber decoration under the gable. Verandah posts are turned. Extensive lattice to verandahs. No fence to the road.
