This Federation residence makes a substantial contribution to the Chatsworth Road streetscape with its striking gable decoration.

Physical description: Small federation cottage in weatherboard with projecting gable and bull nosed verandah to front. Striking gable decoration with geometrical infill. Window surround, hood, verandah posts and brackets, spindle valance and lattice panels all nicely original. No historically significant garden. Interior not viewed.
