A typical federation home with hipped iron roof, off set projecting gables and bull nosed verandahs to all sides. Cast iron frieze to verandah. Extensive lawn areas creating great feeling of openness and access to cooling breezes. In recent years the house has been restored. It shows good quality joinery.
