Statement of significance:

Historic: Represents earliest phases of town's residential development and a tangible record of lifestyle of working class in mid C19th in small single storey houses. Aesthetic: Exceptional and relatively rare example in NSW of small scale mid C19th single storey terrace row. Relatively intact with hipped roof, timber wing walls and picket fence to verandah on street boundary characterising period and style. Townscape value.

Construction years: 1840-
Physical description: Style: Colonial Georgian. Exterior: Stone. Single storey terrace row on street, corrugated iron hipped roof. Timber boarded wing walls to verandahs. Six pane double hung sashes without horns to windows.
