Historic: Record of historic residential development of town in group of other late C19th houses. Aesthetic: Exceptional example of emergence of distinctively Australian residential styles in Federation period. Influences primarily Arts & Crafts style but roof forms also show elements of California Bungalow. Fence and gardens compliment house and contribute to a high quality streetscape. Group and townscape value.

Description

Construction years: 1920-
Physical description: Style: Federation Arts & Crafts. Exterior: Timber. Single storey weatherboard cottage with attic in gable. "Half timbering" of gable in curved batterns, decorative timber valance to verandah, corrugated iron roof with hipped form broken by gables. Coloured glass panes to windows. Brick fence piers with wrought iron panets.
