Statement of significance:

An attractive group of terraces which represent both Victorian and Federation period residential development. They contribute to the scale and character of the residential streetscapes framing Enmore Park.

Description

Construction years: 1880-1915
Physical description: A row of four groups of two storey terraces representing both the late Victorian (341 - 347 & 365 - 371) and Federation periods. Most retain thier original detailing, including cast iron work, decorative render, palisade fencing and slate roofs and face brickwork to the Edwardian cottages. 341 - 365 form a particularly intact group.

Overall the terrace houses appear to be in good condition.

Modifications and dates: Aluminium windows have been fitted to one, there are verandah enclosures and concrete tiles to one group. Another group has had some of their fences replaced with brick.
