This is a significant group of Federation Period, Queen Anne style residences which retain their integrity and intactness.

Physical description: These are two tone face brick residences with tiled roof and filigree detailing to the verandah and gables. The windows are stained glass with a curved topped window to the front bay. There is pallisade fencing to the street. The three residences are all alike but the detailing on them varies.
