Statement of significance:

The row of large Federation Period terraces is representative of residential development at the turn of the century.

Physical description: This group of 14 terraces is grouped into pairs with end terraces. Each pair has a gable end which is simply decorated. Generally they retain their original joinery, stained glass to the front door, gable ends, and tiling to the verandah floor.

Fair to good.
Date condition updated:18 Mar 99
Modifications and dates: Some of the houses have been converted into flats which would suggest internal modifications. Also, some of the terraces have had their vernadahs enclosed and the street fencing to a number of the houses has been altered. Carports and garages have been added to the rear. Otherwise, there are minor modifications.

Recommended management:

Ideally, remove enclosures to the verandahs and remove unsympathetic street fencing. Otherwise, general maintenance.
