Physical description: Federation Arts & Crafts. A pair of two-storey face brick Arts & Crafts residences with an unusual design incorporating a small splayed verandah between two projecting bays, one of which is a diagonal. There are shingled aprons over the windows and on the verandah. Both have a combination of hips and gables on the slate shingled roof. No. 12, pictured below, displays a higher degree of intactness. It has an octagonal roof creating the unusual splay in the verandah. No. 16 has a gabled diagonally projecting room instead of an octagonal one and the gables are infilled with shingles.
Modifications and dates: Unsympathetic Minor Alteration.
