Statement of significance:

A good, intact example of a Federation Arts & Crafts residence in a pleasant setting of well maintained grounds behind an attractive stone and wrought iron fence.

Builder/Maker: Not known
Physical description: Federation Arts and Crafts. Two-storey painted brick residence including attic level. Features a verandah with cast iron columns. Other features are Art Nouveau leadlights, a large dormer that may be a later addition, and tall roughcast chimneys. Front fence is constructed of coursed sandstone blocks with wrought iron 'palisade' above.
