| Physical description: | Federation Arts and Crafts. Two-storey painted brick residence including attic level. Features a verandah with cast iron columns. Other features are Art Nouveau leadlights, a large dormer that may be a later addition, and tall roughcast chimneys. Front fence is constructed of coursed sandstone blocks with wrought iron 'palisade' above. |
