Physical description: Federation Queen Anne. Large two-storey, painted brick, Queen Anne residence set below street level. It features two prominent chimney groups (penetrating the terracotta tile roof), stone balcony and lintels and tiled bracketed hoods over the windows. The setting of the house is compromised by the proximity of garage structures around it. Later sandstone garage as well as earlier tiled garage on street. The painted brickwork detracts from the appreciation of the house as an example of Queen Anne style.
Modifications and dates: Unsympathetic Major Alteration.

Historical notes: Requires research.
