Description

Physical description: Edwardian period brown vernacular brick (Stretcher Bond) house of gabled roof forms. Front end gabled with abutting verandah. Verandah roof of sloping bull nose corrugated iron supported on turned timber columns (without decoration) on brick curved waist high verandah wall with rendered capping. Casement bay windows to gable end with curved corrugated iron hood on shaped timber brackets. French Doors to front verandah. Entrance door on verandah, glazed, timber (obscure possibly leadlight original) paneled with leadlight glazed sidelights. Rough cast and battens to gable ends, cusped barge boards, turned finials, corbelled brick chimneys.
Modifications and dates: No fence - Inappropriate
Further information: House of vernacular brown brick from turn of century.
Integrity: Good. Condition: Good. Conservation Area.
