Physical description: Fine Edwardian/federation brown brick (Miscellaneous Bonds) house of gable roof forms side verandah. Side verandah of sloping iron on timber posts and brackets. Rendered string course and scribe rendered sill moulds. Double hung sash windows with shutters. Gable end decorated with shingles, rough cast and battens. Barge boards supported on turned timber brackets. Terracotta vents in four and five panel glazed timber entrance doors. Corbelled brick chimneys.
Modifications and dates: Moulded fibro ver bal and fence? No fence to Douro Street. - Inappropriate.
BA-B0023/96 - Carport and storage room.
Further information: Edwardian house in vernacular brick.
House just possibly designed by Harold Hardwick.
Integrity: Good. Condition: Good. Conservation Area.
