Description

Physical description: Edwardian House with hipped and gabled roof form. Brown Vernacular Brick with Red Brick Trim, Flemish Bond. Octagonal Bay extends into front verandah and terminates in gable above. Sloping bull nose corrugated iron verandah roof extends across front and has west return. Verandah roof supported on turned timber posts and decorated with corrugated iron brackets. Three panelled light pattern glazing in five panel timber entrance door (no sidelights). French windows (Horizontal glaze bars) to verandah windows double hung sash (single pane) simple rough cast and batten gable end and plain barge boards (may not be original).
Modifications and dates: Part of fence removed (Inappropriate)
Further information: Period flat top timber picket fence (probably original) remains to half the frontage (left of out of photo). Bones of original garden layout remain.
Integrity - Good. Condition - Good.
