Description

Physical description: Edwardian Asymmetrical period house with gable front end and abutting front verandah. Brown vernacular brick, tuck pointed, Flemish bond, Red Rubbed brick window heads. Double curved iron verandah roof supported on turned timbers posts and decorated with timber valance and turned spindles. Narrow double hung sash (single pane) windows with scribed rendered sill mouldings. Probable original glazed timber panelled door (Obscure glass probably not original). Simple barge boards supported on fretwork timber brackets. Rough cast and rendered strap work to part gable end.
Modifications and dates: No front fence, Sleeper Walls, Tile Verandah Modern, Modern Flywire door - all inappropriate.
