Description

Physical description: Late Victorian/Edwardian brown brick (Flemish Bond) house of symmetrical layout with unusual full verandah across front which includes projecting gable end. Double curved corrugated iron roof supported on flat iron columns and decorated with cast iron brackets. Double casement windows with scribed sill moulds. Rough cast and rendered strapwork to gable end.
Modifications and dates: No front fence - Inappropriate.
BA-B0213/93 - Old building permit.
