Statement of significance:

An important element within streetscape. National Trust - An outstanding example of free standing substantial late Victorian villa in good original condition.

Physical description: Two storey facebrick work building with segmental arches around window openings and rounded arch entrance. Decorative slender metal posts support balcony and roof over with cast-iron panels to balcony and fringing. Edwardian detail at street facing firewalls. Cement render and painted, sloping side brick fence.
