Description

Physical description: o This building is designed in the Federation Bungalow style.

Single storey brick house with gabled terracotta tiled roof. The gable end is half-timbered and the skillion roof clad with tiles of the full-length front verandah is attached at the eaves level and carried on short square timber posts on brick piers with rendered concrete caps which rise as crenellations from the brick verandah balustrade, which also has a rendered top course. The walls of the building are rendered above a raised brick string course at half-height. Window are triple casement framed and are symmetrically placed around the central front door.

Modifications and dates: The verandah has had a timber balcony erected at its central opening which projects forward of the verandah, which has been modified to provide a side entry.
