Statement of significance:

Robustly attractive Federation Arts and Crafts style house. It is part of a row of similar buildings which as a group showcase the variety possible within a similar design ethic. Characteristic building type for the vicinity.

Description

Physical description: Two storey brick house with gable roof of slate tiles. Features include a projecting gabled bay with roughcast rendered gable end, upper floor row of windows with timber shingles above and below and a ground floor projecting faceted bay window, side entry with faceted hipped roof and timber shingles to the gable ends of the main roof.This building is designed in the Federation Arts and Crafts style.
