Statement of significance:

A fine picturesque Federation bungalow, with a prominent position in a mature garden. Important streetscape item. In form and style, it is characteristic of the area.

Description

Physical description: Brick house with gabled roof of terracotta tiles. It features an attic upper storey with projecting asymmetric gable end acting as a dormer to the main roof, the gable end being half-timbered. There is a faceted bay window to the main gable end which is timber shingled. There are some elaborate decorative leadlight windows.
