Statement of significance:

Interesting asymmetric apartment building in the Federation Queen Anne style, which is designed to take the best advantage of around the harbour aspect from its elevated site, which retains a strong Queen Anne style in its timber detailing to verandahs and gable end. The interior is also of significance.

Description

Physical description: A large, irregularly shaped three storey brick building with hipped and gabled roof of slate. Top storey features extensive areas of timber shingle cladding and verandahs have decorative timber balustrades, posts and brackets.This building is designed in the Federation Queen Anne style. The interior is also of significance.
