Statement of significance:

Well resolved asymmetric Queen Anne style house which retains much of it's original character. It is part of a collection of substantial early twentieth century houses fronting Shell Cove which typify the early development of the vicinity and contribute to the picturesque qualities of the peninsula.

Description

Physical description: Single storey brick house with hipped and gabled roof of terracotta tiles. Features include decorative ridge capping, faceted projecting gabled bay with bracketed eaves, half-timbered and roughcast rendered gable ends and roughcast rendered wall section between eaves and lintels.This building is designed in the Federation Queen Anne style.
