Description

Physical description: One of a single storey pair of semi-detached houses (nos. 10 & 12 Kurraba Road) of brick with a terracotta tiled hipped gable roof continuous over the front verandah which is carried on turned timber posts with decorative timber quadrant brackets. A central projecting gable end acts as a pediment over the party wall and is half-timbered and rough cast rendered. Each house has an entry door and double-hung sash window to the verandah.This building is designed in the Federation Bungalow style.
