Description

Physical description: One of a single storey pair of semi-detached houses (nos. 20 & 22 Margaret Street) with rusticated random coursed stone walls and terracotta tiled hipped roof. Corrugated-iron roof over full-length verandah carried on square timber posts founded on stone piers. There is a central projecting gable end over the party wall which is half-timbered and rough cast rendered. Window and door openings are rectangular. Cast-iron lace balustrade to verandahs and random rubble stone fence. This building is designed in the Federation Bungalow style.
