Statement of significance:

See Group Card NSHS0376. A terrace designed in teh Federation Exotic style. The interior and front garden setting also contribute to its significance.

Description

Physical description: One of a large two storey rendered brick terrace (incorporating nos. 25-27, 29, 31, 33, 35, & 37 Walker Street) with semi-circular arched colonade to the ground floor verandahs, upper verandahs with timber posts, balustrades and timber shingles to the spandrels and half-timbered, roughcast rendered gable ends to the projecting gable ends. Roof is terracotta tiled. Ground floor openings are semi-circular arched, with moulded imposts and archivolts repeating the detailing of the colonade arches.This building is designed in the Federation Exotic style.
