Description

Physical description: One of a two storey brick terrace of three houses (nos. 8, 10 & 12 Winslow Street) with a gabled terracotta tile roof, cast-iron lace balustrades and valences to verandahs, segmental arched windows and a semi-circular arched porch to the entrance door. This building is designed in the Federation Filigree style.
