Statement of significance:

The group of houses at 36, 38, 42, 44, 46, 48, 50 and 52 Albion Street, Harris Park is of significance for Parramatta LGA for historical and aesthetic reasons and as a representative set of Victorian and Federation cottages readily identifiable as part of the historic building stock in the area. The group makes an important contribution to the streetscape and the Harris Park West conservation area in spite of the unsympathetic developments in the vicinity.
