History

Historical notes: Auctioned as Elizabeth Farm - First Subdivision in February 1883. The south side of the street was re-subdivided into narrower allotments in 1907 as the Football Estate. It was built upon mainly in the late 1910s and had largely been built upon by 1925. Water Board plans of December 1913 and January 1914 confirm that most of the houses were built within that narrow time span creating their consistency of appearance.
