Description

Construction years: 1920-
Physical description: Small fibro cottage. Corrugated iron roof. Casement windows. Exterior features intact. No front fence. National Trust (Parramatta Branch): Fabric: Corrugated iron roof on fibro walls, evidence of walls being weatherboard originally. Roof Construction: Gable with projecting gable to front elevation. Chimneys: Low brick chimney at rear. Verandah: Corrugated iron skillion roof across front to projecting gable. Verandah Floor: Timber. Verandah Supports: Timber posts with curved timber valance between posts. Verandah Decoration: Window Sill: Timber. Archit Style: Federation workers single-storey cottage. Awning: Simple timber brackets with skillion corrugated iron awning above gable window.
