Example of a Federation period (c.1890 - c.1915) bungalow. Part of the surviving early twentieth century building fabric of the town, that contributes to the town's historic character.

Physical description: A single storey fibro cottage with prominent gabled roofed front verandah reflecting the style of the early 1900's. The gable roof is supported by square piers with tapered square columns on top. Fish shell like decoration on the gable end. Short square chimney with steel vent.
