Construction years: 1900-
Physical description: Very good two storey Italianate house with tower on one side and large front bay. Verandah and balcony (now enclosed) on two frontages between. Cast iron posts retained but iron lace survives on verandah frieze. Appears to retain all original mouldings which includes imitation stone quoining. Coloured glass panes in upper part pf door height sash windows. Excellent stone fence with cast iron infill. Little altered other than balcony enclosure and terracotta roof (possibly original but more probably slate).

Historical notes: Believed to be c.1900. This date confirmed by the iron lace pattern, typical of the 1890s late Victorian style. First resident was J.R. Baxter-Bruce a Solicitor, according to Sands Directory.
