Statement of significance:

An area which has scientific & aesthetic significance, being representative of the natural plateau vegetation which existed in the area. Historically provides evidence of the greater awareness of environment in the design of educational establishments.

Description

Physical description: Retained remnant vegetation which provides a screen and buffer around the Davidson High School. Vegetation is dominanted by Eucalypt species.
