Statement of significance:

A typical 1920's style flat buildling. Special interest as one of the first in the area. Survives relatively intact.

Construction years: 1915-1945
Physical description: Two storey 1920's style flat building. Symmetrical with two gables. Dark brick with white painted render for decoration. Projecting front with its own large gable. Second gable behind. Decorated with shingling and battening. Two bays to first floor. No major alterations.

Current use: Residential flat building.
Former use: Residential flat building.
