Construction years: 1890-1915
Physical description: Good row of three attached cottages. Transitional in style (Victorian/Federation). Single roof with parapet walls at ends. Wing walls to verandahs. Exposed brick originally but paint and render in keeping with the styling. Houses retain their original mouldings, urns, patterned slate roofs and chimneys. New bullnosed iron to verandas. Other verandah decoration lost. Also let down by security grilles and fencing.

Historical notes: First appear in Sands Directory in 1908 but possibly earlier. Known as "Corinna" (No. 59), "Griselda" (No. 61) and "Claribel" (No. 63) until the 1920's.
