Good decorative roughcast to gables. Excellent timber decoration to Nos. 2-4, particular unusual patterning to verandah brackets and valence (No. 2). Nos. 6-8 have slate roof and Nos. 2-4 terra cotta. Both appear original, with some fine ridge capping. Nos. 2-4 have double hung windows to bays and casement windows to verandahs. Nos. 6-8 reverse this. Excellent brick, roughcast and moulded chimneys, with iron pots. Fences sympathetic and probably original. Both relatively intact except for loss of verandah detail.
