Construction years: 1890-1915
Physical description: Good early twentieth century terraced pair. Two storeys. Little altered. Face bvrick with timber double vcewrandah. Original slate roof with central, shingled gablet above entries. Wing wall divides verandah. Good timber decoration, including balustrading, brackets and valences. Excellent windows and doors. White painted frames with coloured panes. French doors to first floor balconies. Sympathetic modern picket fence. Brick and roughcast chimneys. Large tree in small front garden.
