Very good example of a Federation style semi. Rare to find an example in this area in such good condition. Local significance.

Construction years: 1890-1915
Physical description: Good, symmetyrical, Federation style semi. Tuckpointed face brick. Hipped, terra cotta tile roof with ridge capping to feature gablets. These are shingled with louvred apexes. Brick verandah balustrades with paired timber posts and excellent fretwork valence. Double hung windows. No. 108 still has small coloured panes. Original, matching fences but infill replaced. Stone foundations and caps to verandah piers. Minor alterations only. These include quarry tiles (No. 110), window grilles (No. 100), screen door (No. 108) and glazing (No. 110).
