Statement of significance:

Good row of later Art Deco/Moderne style flat buildings, essentially intact. Early garages of special note, well integrated into the design. Important streetscape contribution, the row is particularly prominent on the main road. Local significance.

Construction years: 1915-1945
Physical description: Row of four, very similar, 1940's style flat buildilngs. Three storeys with basement garages. Light face brick. Decorative work generally confined to garages and central façade features. Art Deco and Moderne style influences. Typical features include rounded corners, parapets and strong vertical lines. Simple timber sash windows. All are essentially intact.
