Statement of significance:

Wall painting on the side of the "Waverley Occasional Childcare Inc.", depicting characters from children's stories: Pooh Bear, a tiger, Pinocchio and Jiminy Cricket, Bambi set against an English village background. It has little aesthetic value but is interesting as an example of the popular culture of childhood. Notably it uses themes which are relatively old-fashioned and may in fact be calculated to appeal more to parents than to children. The imagery is from an Anglo-American context of Walt Disney type.
