Construction years: 1910-1910
Physical description: Intact, modest Federation Bungalow. Brick with Marseilles tiled hipped and gabled roof. Separate flat verandah roof. Darker brick used for detailing to top of balustrade, for framing roughcast pediment to piers and as quoining on front elevation and roughcast gable. C arved timber brackets and fretwork. Simple Art Nouveau leadlight. Roughcast verandah piers. Roughcast chimney to match with pot. Original timber and wire mesh fence.
