Physical description: Corner design Federation Bungalow in red brick with liver brick detailing. Slate gambrel roof with ornate, terracotta ridge capping. Main roof extends over return verandah. Features Art Nouveau timber detailing to valence, brackets and bargeboard and shingled awning to bay window. Set in a mature garden with good matching fence.
