Physical description: Symmetrical Federation Bungalow in liverbrick with red brick detailing. Half-timbered and shingled gable roof extends over return verandah. Features carved and fretted timberwork (possibly new). Glazed French doors with highlight to verandah.

Modifications and dates: Unsympathetic, overly ornate, new picket fence (matches balustrade which also appears new). Unsympathetic verandah lights.
