Description

Physical description: Federation Bungalow in tuckpointed brown brick. Hipped and gabled, terracotta ridge-capped, slate roof extending over verandah. Features sunrise motif, outstanding intricate valence and turned posts, coloured glazing to windows and verandah enclosure, high waisted door, unusually low curved balustrade and original tiling.
