Description

Physical description: Federation Bungalow in recently re-tuckpointed liver brick. Terracotta ridge-capped, hipped and gabled slate roof, extending over porch. Features triangular patterned rendering and roughcast to gable, Art Nouveau and unusual cross patterned fretwork, Art Nouveau leadlight, arched balustrade and original tiling to porch and stairs.
