Statement of significance:

Recommended for deletion from the Heritage Schedule of the LEP. Demolition of this house was approved in July 2000 while Concord LEP 103 (Heritage) was a draft document. The integrity of the cottage has been compromised by neglect. The setting has been and will be further eroded by mulit-unit residential development in the precinct.

Physical description: Federation house in weatherboard. Hipped, corrugated iron roof. Single front-facing gable, including finial and bargeboard. Window and verandah awnings. Timber verandah posts and window hood, with brackets and spindle valances.

Poor. Weatherboards partly removed, verandah posts removed.

Modifications and dates: Steel post and chain wire fence.
