Statement of significance:

Recommended for deletion from the Heritage Schedule of the LEP. Demolition of this house was approved in July 2003. Development potential of 3-4 stories on this site and 3-5 stories to the south permitted under the Strathfield Triangle Development Control Plan will continue to erode the setting of the house.

Physical description: Federation house. Weatherboard pannelling. Decorative barge board, awning over front window. Pitched, corrugated iron roof with hipped side section. Timber verandah posts, ornamental brackets and valance.
