Statement of significance:

A very good example of a substantial Federation house with a sweeping roofline extended over the verandah, and excellent tuckpointed brickwork. Most details are intact, including curved Art Nouveau brackets, numerous casement windows with coloured glazing and tessellated tile path. It is set in a pleasant garden.
