Statement of significance:

An interesting mix of Edwardian and Bungalow features in an intact house and garden setting demonstrating a very typical allotment from the Inter-War period. The property has high streetscape and historic value.

Description

Construction years: 1920-1920
Physical description: A very good Bungalow variation which has been hardly altered. It has a typical roof (for L-shaped plan) with a gablet above the verandah windows. It features tuckpointed brick in two colours, exposed rafter eaves and shingled gables. It has some good original leadlight. The original picket fence has been retained and although it is in need of maintenance, is still contributes positively to the setting.
