Statement of significance:

One of a small group of very fine Federation bungalows on Abbotsford Point that demonstrate the first major development of the area around the early years of this century. It is well designed and detailed and is a prominent streetscape element.

Description

Construction years: 1910-
Physical description: A very fine Federation house on a prominent corner location. The house is face brick with a projecting bay with timbered bay windows and fine detailing. It is set in a good intact garden with a very fine stone castellated fence and corner gate. The verandah has well detailed timberwork and the overall form of the house demonstrates the key features of the style.
