Construction years: 1900-
Physical description: An impressive Federation house, c.1900. Its outstanding feature is the complex, high pitched, slate roof with terra cotta ridge capping. The ridge capping continues down over the verandah which extends down one side. The verandah has paired solid timber posts on brick piers with small brackets. There is a timber balustrade between the piers. "Oiel de bouef" and decoration is generally restrained. The original picket fence has been retained.
Modifications and dates: The security grilles are incompatible with the style of the house. The original leadlight glazing has probably been lost but otherwise the house has been altered very little.

Additions and alterations approved 2006.
Current use: Residence
Former use: Residence
